When coming from Paris via the A10 motorway, take exit 39A, Saint André de Cubzac:
• Head for Libourne, 20km away
• Drive through Libourne
• Take the N89 towards Bordeaux
• At the roundabout, take the 4th exit towards Saint-Emilion
• After 5km, at the roundabout take the first exit on the right
You will find the Palais Cardinal adjoining Saint-Emilion's old town gate
By car from Bordeaux
Coming from Bordeaux take the Rocade
Take exit 26, Libourne/Périgueux direction
Then take exit 9 towards Libourne Est / Saint-Emilion
Continue along the N89. Do not take the 1st exit for Saint-Emilion / Bergerac
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Saint-Emilion
Follow the D243
Enter St Emilion
You will find Palais Cardinal adjoining the old town gate
